For an existing order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase. Please do not send passwords or complete payment card details.

Returns, exchanges or a delivery issue

Tell us which item needs attention and how we can help. For damage or an incorrect item, photos of the item and packaging can help us understand the issue. Contact us before shipping a return so we can provide return instructions.

Our free return and exchange window is 30 days from delivery. Livitara covers return shipping and shipping for replacement items.
