30-day free returns and exchanges

Livitara offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Shipping costs

We cover the cost of return shipping and shipping for replacement items. Contact us before sending an item back so we can arrange the return instructions and shipping method.

How to request a return or exchange

Email pvsx1123@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request.

Preparing your item

Items should be unused, safely packed and include their original components, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Keep the packaging where possible to protect the item during transport.

Refunds and damaged items

After the returned item is inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
